Montgomery County Government offices, MC311, state offices and courts, libraries (also closed Jan. 18), and the Department of Permitting Services will all be closed on Monday, Jan. 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday. Alcohol Beverage Services stores will be open 10 a.m.–5 p.m., and aquatic and recreation centers will remain open. Public parking garages, lots, and curbside meters will be free on the holiday.
