Anti-Muslim and anti-Arab graffiti was discovered at Walt Whitman High School on January 16, 2026. Montgomery County Police Department is working with MCPS and the Whitman High School community to identify the perpetrators. Anyone with information is asked to contact MCPD at 301-279-8000; hate or bias incidents can be reported by calling 311 or submitting an online form.
