County MFD Businesses Receive Record $274M in FY25

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement awarded a record $274 million to certified Minority, Female, and Disabled-Owned (MFD) businesses in Fiscal Year 2025, representing 21.21% of total eligible dollars ($1.29 billion). This marks the third consecutive year the MFD Program has set a record in total dollars awarded. Additionally, $133 million — 33.7% of eligible spending, the highest percentage since the program began in 2009 — went to Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) certified vendors.
