Wheaton Federal Workforce Career Center Opens for Displaced Workers

Montgomery County has opened the Mobilize Montgomery Federal Workforce Career Center (FWCC) in Wheaton, described as the nation's first dedicated facility to assist displaced federal workers. The center provides job placement, career coaching, and financial counseling, and is open Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted, though appointments are recommended; jobseekers can also email fwcc@worksourcemontgomery.com or call 240-283-1509.
