MC311 Extends Hours Sunday and Monday During Storm

Montgomery County's MC311 non-urgent information call center will open Sunday, January 25, 2026 from noon to 8 p.m. and will run extended hours Monday, January 26 from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. to handle storm-related inquiries. Residents can reach MC311 by dialing 3-1-1, calling 240-777-0311, or visiting MC311.com. After snow-clearing operations conclude, MC311 will accept service requests for areas not yet cleared.
