ECON and PHP Committees Schedule January Worksessions

Montgomery County's Economic Development (ECON) and Planning, Housing, and Parks (PHP) committees return to work with sessions on January 27 and January 30, 2025. The January 27 ECON agenda includes FY25 budget follow-ups for Visit Montgomery, WorkSource Montgomery, and the Department of Permitting Services; the PHP session will hold a worksession on Zoning Text Amendment 24-03 covering the Great Seneca Life Sciences Overlay. The January 30 ECON session covers budget follow-ups for Business Center and Small Business Support Services, the UM3 Institute for Health Computing, and BioHub.
