MC311 Returns to Normal Hours; Open Saturday Jan. 31

Montgomery County 311 has returned to its regular Monday–Friday schedule of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. following the winter storm. To assist with solid waste and Ride On inquiries, the call center will also be open Saturday, Jan. 31 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the storm, the top requests handled by 311 staff included street plowing status, snow removal updates, and reporting unplowed streets.
