DHCA Hosts Meetings on Five-Year HUD Consolidated Plan

The Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) is hosting community consultation meetings to inform its Five-Year Consolidated Plan, which guides use of HUD funding from the CDBG, HOME, and ESG programs. Three in-person sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 1401 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Room 1003/1004; a virtual Zoom session is set for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 5:30–6:30 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the February 3 meetings will shift to Zoom; registration is required for both formats.
