Winter Storm Service Requests Portal Now Available

Montgomery County has activated its Winter Storm Information Portal following a recent snowstorm that caused difficult conditions across the county. Residents can use the portal to find winter weather preparation information and submit snow-related service requests. MCDOT is working to address all requests amid complications with 311 service.
