Cluster Projects Served 965 People in Six Months

Montgomery County DHHS Cluster Projects—covering the Kennedy, Paint Branch-Springbrook, and Watkins Mill areas—reported mid-year data showing 220 referrals and 260 households (965 individuals) served from July through December 2025. Staff provided over 480 care coordination and behavioral health navigation services, and participating families completed more than 5,150 activities and 1,500 service plan tasks. The Cluster Projects, which recently joined the Community Action Agency, also received over 240 requests for financial assistance during the period.
