Johns Hopkins Memory Care Family Checklist Launches in Maryland

Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, the Maryland Information Network, and the Maryland Department of Aging have launched the Johns Hopkins Memory Care Family Checklist, a free online tool for families caring for someone with cognitive challenges. The checklist assesses caregiver and care-recipient needs across health, safety, and daily living, then provides prioritized recommendations and local resources. It is available at marylandaccesspoint.info/memorycare and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
