The Family Involvement Center (FIC), a free Montgomery County program for children birth to age 5 of all abilities, holds sessions Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., February 2–25, 2026. Two circle times are offered each day at 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. All FIC sites will be closed on February 16 and February 26. Sign-ups for the March 2–26 session open Friday, February 27 at 3:00 p.m.
