Council Holds Public Hearings on FY2027 Capital Budget and CIP

The Montgomery County Council will hold hybrid public hearings on Feb. 9, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Budget and FY2027–2032 Capital Improvements Program (CIP). This is a full CIP review year, meaning every project in the six-year program will be examined; the County Charter requires a new CIP to be approved by June 1 in even-numbered years.
