The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold an in-person community meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Luxmanor Elementary School (6201 Tilden Lane, North Bethesda) to present plans for separated bike lanes along Executive Boulevard and Grand Park Avenue. The proposed project would construct one-way separated bike lanes running from Nicholson Lane to Old Georgetown Road, separated from traffic by a raised concrete median. Public comments may be submitted to Bikeways Coordinator Matt Johnson through Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026.
