The Montgomery County Council will hold hybrid public hearings at 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10 on the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Budget and the FY2027–2032 Capital Improvements Program (CIP). Because 2026 is a full CIP review year under the County Charter, every project in the six-year program will be evaluated before a required June 1 adoption deadline. Residents may testify in person or remotely.
