The Montgomery County Department of Transportation's fare-free Ride On bus system is providing transportation access for students enrolled in Learning Undefeated's Emerging Leaders program, which offers STEM coursework, lab experience, and career counseling to high school and college students. More than 200 Montgomery County students have participated in the program since 2021, with many relying exclusively on Ride On routes — including the 55 Rockville and 56 Lakeforest lines — to reach lab facilities at Montgomery College's Rockville campus and employer sites along the Life Sciences Corridor. The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation has provided Learning Undefeated with more than $250,000 in High-Impact Grant funding since 2021.
