DPS 'Recipe for Success' Program Wins 2025 NACo Achievement Award

The Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services' 'Recipe for Success' program, which provides step-by-step permitting guidance for opening food establishments, received a 2025 National Association of Counties (NACo) Achievement Award in the Community and Economic Development category. DPS Director Rabbiah Sabbakhan, Deputy Director Ehsan Motazedi, and Land Development Division Chief Linda Kobylski highlighted the program at the County's Bright Spot Showcase and Accelerator Commencement event. County Executive Marc Elrich also attended the showcase.
