MCDOT Teen Video Contest Accepts Entries Through Feb. 28

Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is accepting submissions for its annual 'Heads Up, Phones Down' video contest through Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026. County public and private high school students may submit 30-second PSAs in English or Spanish, individually or in groups of up to four, promoting awareness of distracted driving and walking. Winners receive prizes ranging from Apple devices and gift cards to an $800 group grand prize, and winning videos will be posted on MCDOT's Safe Routes to School website on March 16, 2026.
