OLO Survey on Small Business Contracting Closes Feb. 28

The Montgomery County Office of Legislative Oversight (OLO) is conducting an anonymous survey of small, minority-owned, women-owned, and/or disabled-owned businesses about their experiences with County Government contracting. The survey covers how businesses learn about opportunities and their experience submitting bids or proposals. Results will inform a report to the Montgomery County Council; the deadline to respond is February 28, 2026.
