County Opens Federal Workforce Career Center in Wheaton

Montgomery County has opened the Mobilize Montgomery Federal Workforce Career Center (FWCC) in Wheaton, described as the nation's first dedicated facility to support displaced federal workers through job placement, career coaching, and financial counseling. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are recommended; job seekers can email fwcc@worksourcemontgomery.com or call 240-283-1509.
