County Weighs Snow Emergency Declaration for Sunday Storm

Montgomery County will decide by Sunday afternoon, Feb. 22 whether to declare a snow emergency in response to the approaching winter storm. A declaration would impose parking restrictions on snow emergency routes and make County parking garages available at no cost during normally paid hours. Free County garage parking is already offered on Sunday regardless of a declaration, with enforcement suspended until at least noon Monday, Feb. 23.
