Eastern Silver Spring Communities Plan Preliminary Recommendations Coming

Montgomery Planning staff are in the early stages of drafting the Eastern Silver Spring Communities Plan, covering Long Branch, Clifton Park, Montgomery Knolls, New Hampshire Estates, Indian Spring, North Hills of Sligo, and surrounding areas. Preliminary recommendations drawn from two years of community engagement are expected to be released in March 2026 for additional public feedback.
