TE Committee Reviews $244M Stormwater Management Capital Plan

The TE Committee will review the $244 million FY2027-32 Capital Improvements Program for Stormwater Management on Feb. 26, 2026. The CIP represents a $6.1 million, or 2.6 percent, increase over the amended FY25-30 CIP, with most funding directed at meeting impervious area retrofit requirements under the county's NPDES-MS4 permit. As of the end of permit year four, the Department of Environmental Protection had restored 1,302 impervious acres, or 72 percent of the 1,814-acre goal expected to be met by November 2026.
