2025 Building Energy Benchmarking Reports Due June 1

Montgomery County building owners must submit their 2025 Building Energy Benchmarking Reports by Monday, June 1, 2026. Reports must be completed in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and submitted through the Montgomery County Benchmarking Portal. Aggregated Pepco electricity data via EUDS has been updated through December 2025 and is ready for submission. DEP is offering virtual help desk appointments and Green Bank technical assistance to support building owners ahead of the deadline.
