2025 Building Energy Benchmarking Reports Due June 1

Montgomery County's Department of Environmental Protection has set June 1, 2026 as the deadline for calendar year 2025 energy benchmarking reports. Reports are submitted through the Montgomery County Benchmarking Portal once data through December 31, 2025 is uploaded in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Aggregated electricity data from Pepco/BGE via EUDS is expected to be available March 1, 2026.
