County Conducts Annual Point-in-Time Homeless Count

Montgomery County's Continuum of Care conducted its annual Point-in-Time Count, with volunteers and staff visiting locations countywide—including streets, vehicles, campgrounds, and bridges—to count and connect with unsheltered residents. The data gathered informs county housing policy and resource distribution. HHS Committee Chair Councilmember Sayles participated in the count alongside staff and volunteers.
