Office-to-Housing ZTA, Tax Abatement Bill Clear Committee Votes

The Office to Housing Zoning Text Amendment and accompanying Subdivision Regulation Amendment, which streamline conversion approval processes, were approved by the Planning, Housing, and Parks (PHP) Committee. The Office to Housing Tax Abatement Bill received a favorable report from the joint GO and ECON committees. Both measures now advance to the full County Council for final action as early as April 2025.
