Scotland Community Annual Black History Event Feb. 28 in Potomac

Montgomery County Recreation will host the Scotland Community's annual Black History Month event on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Bette Carol Thompson Scotland Neighborhood Recreation Center in Potomac. The free, all-ages event features a museum-style exhibit on the history of the Scotland Community, with guest presentations, storytelling, arts and crafts, and refreshments.
