MCDOT will offer two free adult e-scooter classes on April 25 and June 7, 2026, immediately following bike classes at Montgomery College (Rockville) and Westfield Montgomery Mall (Bethesda), respectively. No pre-registration is required; participants must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license or ID. E-scooters and helmets are provided on-site.
