Coalition Sues EPA Over Greenhouse Gas Regulation Rollback

A coalition including the American Public Health Association, Union of Concerned Scientists, Environmental Defense Fund, Sierra Club, and youth plaintiffs from five states filed a lawsuit against the EPA after the agency reversed its longstanding endangerment finding for greenhouse gases.
