HOA Pool Pass ID Bill Heads to Governor After GA Passage

Maryland HB755, legislation prohibiting housing corporations and homeowners/condo associations from requiring sensitive personal information as a condition of access to recreational common spaces, passed both chambers of the Maryland General Assembly and is awaiting the Governor's signature. The bill was introduced by Delegate Linda Foley following a constituent complaint that an HOA was requiring children's birth certificates to obtain pool passes. The legislation applies statewide.
