The joint GO and PS Committee will review Bill 3-26, the County Values Act, on March 11, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. The bill would require the County Executive to publish immigration enforcement guidance, mandate judicial warrants for ICE access to non-public areas of County facilities, prohibit immigration enforcement in County parking lots and garages, and require staff training and signage. Lead sponsor is Councilmember Mink, with eight cosponsors including Council Vice President Balcombe and Councilmembers Stewart, Jawando, Friedson, Evans, Sayles, and Glass.
