Sandy Spring's Rose-Budd House Considered for Historic Designation

The Planning, Housing and Parks Committee meets March 16, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. to review the proposed designation of the Rose-Budd House in Sandy Spring to the Master Plan for Historic Preservation. The house was built in 1912 by Perry Budd and is the ancestral home of the Budd, Riggs, and Rose families; designation is being sought at the owners' request.
