FY27 Budget Invests $597K in BioHub, Boosts WorkSource

County Executive Elrich's FY27 budget allocates $597,000 for the BioHub Maryland training center to support careers in life sciences, and increases WorkSource Montgomery's budget by 7.8% to $3.4 million. The budget also includes a new Upcounty American Job Center, a 9% increase to $5.7 million for the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation, and maintains $5 million for the University of Maryland Institute for Health Computing.
