Council Holds Five Hearings on FY2027 Operating Budget

The Montgomery County Council will hold five public hearings on the Fiscal Year 2027 Operating Budget on April 7 and 8 at 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and April 9 at 1:30 p.m. County Executive Marc Elrich presented his recommended budget to the Council on March 13; the Council is expected to adopt the final budget in late May, with it taking effect July 1.
