The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will launch its annual street sweeping program during the first week of April 2026, continuing through July. Crews will sweep 4,100 lane miles of residential roadways, targeting salt and debris left from a winter with multiple snow and ice events. "No Parking" signs will be posted in advance of sweeping operations; vehicles will not be towed, but residents are asked to clear the street so sweepers can reach curbs and gutters.
