NoBE II Affordable Housing Groundbreaking in North Bethesda

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and Councilmember Kate Stewart will join SCG Development Partners and state officials on March 27, 2026 for a groundbreaking ceremony for NoBE II, an affordable housing development in North Bethesda. The Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) provided $38 million in direct financing and a PILOT agreement, with additional support from Low Income Housing Tax Credits and State of Maryland funding. The development will include 265 housing units affordable to households earning 70% of Area Median Income and below.
