DHCD-Funded HEECAP Homes Grants Offer $500K, Close April 15

Alongside the county-funded HEECAP grant, DEP and OGM are separately soliciting applications for a DHCD-funded version of the FY26 HEECAP Homes Grant Program, also launched March 11, 2026 and closing April 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Up to $500,000 in Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) funding is available across approximately two to three awards ranging from $100,000 to $300,000. The grant performance period runs June 3, 2026 to June 2, 2027.
