TESS Community Action Center Reopens in Silver Spring

The Takoma-East Silver Spring (TESS) Community Action Center has reopened at 8703 Flower Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20901 following the completion of facility repairs. Walk-in hours for brief services are Tuesday through Friday, 9–11 AM; afternoon appointments can be scheduled by calling 240-773-8260. On-site partners include the Latino Health Initiative, a pro bono legal advice clinic, and IMPACT Silver Spring, among others.
