Service Consolidation Hub Contracts Move to Community Action Agency

As part of a realignment of the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, contracts for the service consolidation hubs have been transferred to oversight by the Community Action Agency. Suja Ali-McGuire has joined as Hubs Coordinator to manage the program. Information about the hubs is available through the Office of Food Systems Resilience.
