County Seeks Bids for Correctional Facility Floor Refurbishing

The Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, through the Office of Procurement, has issued a Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) solicitation (No. 1195133) for terrazzo floor refurbishing services at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility at 22880 Whelan Lane, Boyds, MD. The scope covers approximately 3,494 square feet of terrazzo flooring and 285 linear feet of terrazzo base molding, with all work required during overnight hours between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. The deadline to submit bids is April 6, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
