DHHS 'Right from the Start' Event April 11 in Silver Spring

Montgomery County DHHS's Babies Born Healthy program will host its sixth annual 'Right from the Start' community event on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital, 1500 Forest Glen Road, Silver Spring. The free event targets Black families from preconception through early childhood, featuring expert panels, 20+ community organizations, and speakers including County Health Officer Dr. Kisha Davis and Councilmembers Kristin Mink and Laurie-Anne Sayles. Free childcare for children ages 2–10 will be available; registration is required.
