The joint Planning, Housing and Parks (PHP) and Health and Human Services (HHS) Committee will meet on April 6, 2026 at 1:45 p.m. to review the FY2027-2032 Capital Improvements Program for the Western County Recreation Center, with more than $21.7 million recommended. The proposed facility at Dr. Dillingham Park in Poolesville would include recreation and health and human services uses. Design is expected to begin in FY28 with construction completed by FY31.
