DEP Offers Electric Landscaping Equipment Training, $500 Rebate, May 13

Montgomery County DEP will host a bilingual (English and Spanish) training and certification event for small to mid-size landscapers on May 13, 2026. Attendees will receive a ServicePro certification from the American Green Zone Alliance and each business will be eligible for a $500 rebate toward electric leaf blowers, batteries, or chargers. The event includes a classroom session and an afternoon field session with electric equipment, plus a manufacturer showcase and equipment raffle.
