ABS Opens Rare Whiskey Lottery Registration April 12

Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) will open registration on Sunday, April 12, 2026 for its annual limited-availability whiskey lotteries, closing April 18. Two resident lotteries — one for Maryland residents and one for Montgomery County residents only, both age 21+ — will cover 900+ bottles including Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year, Weller Millennium, and Michter's 20 Year. Winning numbers will be posted April 22 at noon, and winners may purchase their bottles at a designated store between April 25 and May 23.
