DEP, Bethesda Green Host Condo BEPS Education Session May 13

DEP and Bethesda Green are co-hosting a hybrid educational session on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 7–8:30 p.m. focused on how Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) apply to condominium communities. The session will cover benchmarking requirements, BEPS fundamentals, compliance pathways, and county support resources. Attendees can join in person by RSVP or virtually via Zoom.
