Commission Honors 31 Women at April 8 History Awards Ceremony

The Montgomery County Commission for Women, in partnership with Montgomery Women, held its annual Women Making History Award Celebration on April 8, 2026, at the Silver Spring Recreation and Aquatic Center. Thirty-one women were honored — one for each day of Women's History Month — in a ceremony that included remarks from County Executive Marc Elrich and a panel discussion with four of this year's winners.
