Bill 22-25 Would Require Hotel Labor Peace Agreements

Bill 22-25, introduced by Councilmembers Fani-González, Stewart, and Katz, would require labor peace agreements at hotels in which the county has a financial interest. The bill received a public hearing in early July and was recommended by the joint Government Operations and Economic Development Committee in late July. The full Council is tentatively scheduled to take final action on September 16, 2025.
