Kemp Mill Pedestrian Bridge and Odessa Shannon Path Now Open

The new Kemp Mill Bridge, connecting Auth Lane and Kersey Road, and the Odessa Shannon Middle School Path, linking Wheaton Regional Park with the school and Kemp Mill neighborhood, are now open. Both projects are ADA accessible. The Kemp Mill Bridge also won the 2025 County Engineers Association of Maryland's Project of the Year Award and includes a memorial to late resident Nicki Toys.
