County Issues RFP for $2M Innovation Incubator Operator

Montgomery County has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a third-party operator to run a new incubator and innovation network program aimed at helping local entrepreneurs. The FY26 budget includes $2 million for the program, which emerged from a collaboration between the Economic Development Committee and County Executive Elrich. The operator will expand on the county's existing innovation centers by adding technical expertise, shared equipment, and networking opportunities.
